Kung Pao Chicken

Kung Pao Chicken recipe
Tastes great just as it is but if you want it to have some kick you'll definitely need to double the ginger or add some crushed red pepper flakes. Tastes as good as any as more

Yes, the ingredients do sound odd, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but much to my surprise, it was WONDERFUL! My very picky husband ended up fighting our kids for the last bits of this. They also begged me to make it again, which I will. Pretty easy to make as well.
The sauce for this recipe was gross. The flavors were way off and didn't taste anything like kung pao. I threw all of the sauce away and just ate the chicken.
Wasn't sure what to expect with the ingredients, but it was fabulous! Even my picky teen-agers ate it!
My boyfriend and I seriously LOVE this recipe. It was easy to make and came out fantastic even though we thought the combination of ingredients was a little strange. We like spicy food so we upped the amount of chili sauce and I think I may use a bit more Catalina dressing next time to make it saucier.
Really easy and fast to make. Delicious!
This was a nice variation from what I usually make. I served it with some tumeric rice. The whole family gobbled it up.
This is BETTER than take out Chinese.. awesome. I doubled the recipe and subbed sunbutter for the PB, my son has a peanut allergy, and i used srirachi chili sauce... absolutely awesome.
