These delicious Cheese'N Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms were a big hit! I made double batches* and made them twice over the weekend! I used freshly cooked, crumbled bacon, and omitted the parsley. I baked them in mini-muffin pans to keep them upright. I made the stuffing mixture early in the day, wrapped it in plastic wrap until I was ready to assemble and bake that evening. Quick, Easy, inexpensive, and best of all DELICIOUS!!
