I used baby bella mushrooms and turkey bacon.Caution...salty.Added green onions. Very good just have to find a way to cut down on sodium in turkey bacon

These delicious Cheese'N Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms were a big hit! I made double batches* and made them twice over the weekend! I used freshly cooked, crumbled bacon, and omitted the parsley. I baked them in mini-muffin pans to keep them upright. I made the stuffing mixture early in the day, wrapped it in plastic wrap until I was ready to assemble and bake that evening. Quick, Easy, inexpensive, and best of all DELICIOUS!!

SO good! I added a lot more garlic and fried my own bacon and had fresh parsley from my garden. Fresh ingredients really make a difference! Incredible!

This was great. My 15 year old wants this again tonight.. Only change I made I did not have parsley, I added green onions to it. A+++

This recipe was quite good. A basic filling for stuffed mushrooms, which everyone likes. The hardest part was cleaning the mushrooms! I substited a chedder-jack blend of cheese, because that's what I had on hand..it was fine.
