This was not a big hit with our gathering. Some of it was eaten, but not a lot, just something about it that wasn't quite right... the texture or something. I won't be making this again.

This was incredible! My friends couldn't stop eating it & even my brother (who's a critical chef) loved it! It really did taste like a popper... but I may add extra jalapeno next time to give it a little more kick!

I SENT THIS RECIPE TO MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW. IT WAS GONE IN ABOUT 10MINS. SHE MADE IT AGAIN AND EVERYONE THOUGHT IT WAS AWESOME. IT IS NOW A FAMILY FAVORITE, AND A MUST FOR EVERY PARTY.

I have made this twice now and both times I have doubled the recipe and it is the first dish that is gone at a party. I would highly recomend this recipe.

I made this for a football game and because there were kids there, I only used 2.5 jalapeno peppers & It was really mild. I think when I make it again, I may add maybe 3.5 peppers for more pepper taste. That said, I couldn't believe how this really did taste like a jalapeno popper!!

I modified this recipe by using shredded cheddar cheese, no onions and jarred jalepenos and canned chilis and added 1 cup parmesan cheese Ok I changed a lot, but it's still good! I ALWAYS get asked for the recipe. bring copies when you take it anywhere!
