Makes 4 servings, 1-1/4 cups each

What You Need

Tbsp. olive oil

onion, chopped

clove garlic, minced

1-1/2

cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

cup spaghetti sauce

pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini

1/2

cup PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme

cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in broth and spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil.

ADD pasta; stir. Cover; cook on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add cooking creme; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until completely melted. Cover; cook 5 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

STIR in spinach; cook, covered, 1 min. or just until wilted. Remove from heat; top with Parmesan.

Really good! The only change I made was using the savory garlic cooking creme instead of the regular. Very tasty!

It was delicious, fast and easy! It was perfect for our weeknight meal and it was great as leftovers for lunch the next day. I will definitely make this again, soon!

This was fast, easy and tasty. I used cheese ravioli in place of the tortellini and regular cream cheese. It is a keeper. We loved it.

This turned out good. I made a few modifications - 1) sauteed red and green bell peppers with the onions 2)used 1 can of chicken broth (2 cups) 3)used a whole jar of spaghetti sauce 4)used 3/4 container of cooking creme 5)used a whole bag (16oz) of frozen cheese tortellini 6) topped with parm & red pepper flakes Serve this with a meat for a heartier meal. It was great, lots of veggies, and a nice change to what I usually make for pasta dishes. Will definitely make again!

My kids and husband loved this dish. I doubled the recipe to feed 4 of us since I knew my 16 y.o. son and husband would want seconds and we had just a little bit left over. I used the savory garlic flavored Philadelphia Cooking Creme. Delicious!
