I amended this recipe to make it more sugar-free. Instead of the half-cup sugar, I used 1/4 cup splenda-blend and instead of the regular vanilla pudding, I used 2 small boxes of sugar-free pudding. Came out tasting much the same but a lot less sugar.

My granddaughter and kids loved it. Will have to make again. I used all fat free and sugar free ingredients, and Nabisco graham crackers with cinnamon for bottom in order to get sugar free/fat free.

These were easy to make, and even easier to eat. Delicious. The family is going to love them tomorrow at dinner.

the easiest way 2 cut this type dessert is with a warm knife wiping off after each cut. enjoy

This looks wonderful and I'm going to make it a more low fat way for Thanksgiving. My question is... how do they cut these bars (or any) so perfectly? Mine never seem to cut to nicely!

My dad is diabetic and I wanted him to have this too. I knocked off just a little over 100 calories and cut out 3/4 of the sugar by making changes. I used light butter, Neufchatel cheese, half the sugar, skim milk, sugar free pudding, sugar free cool whip, and using low fat graham crackers instead of ginger snaps. And the three 6-7 yr olds begged for more!
