Melting Snowmen Cookie Balls

Melting Snowmen Cookie Balls recipe
The cookie hats. The piped icing faces. The white chocolate that looks like melting snow. These snowman cookie balls are (almost) too cute to eat!

I agree the white chocolate was more beige than white and I didn't like that. So I used white almond bark and it worked and tasted great, though my family liked the oreo much better than the nutter butter. I won't make those again but will the oreos and possibly try another type.
As mentioned, the white chocolate turns a light beige when you add the peanut butter so you might try it without. Also, I didn't quite get the "melting" affect in just dipping them--but it might take practice. As far as taste, they are delicious!
The peanut butter added to white chocolate changed the color and they do not look like snowman because they are no longer white. Maybe they would be better without the peanut butter, but due to cost, will not try these again.
