My family loved this recipe! I did tweak it a little to suit our taste buds though and after reading some of the reviews about it being bland. In place of the green pepper I used 4 cloves of fresh garlice. I used boneless, skinless chicken tenders instead of the thighs and sprinkled with sea salt, pepper, and thyme. I upped the velveeta to 8oz. and added a little milk to make it a little creamier. And instead of pouring the sauce over top, I placed the chicken & potatoes back into the crockpot and mixed it all together. Definately a keeper!!
