While you're out and about, these chicken thighs and cheesy potatoes will be simmering away, getting more tender and flavorful in the slow cooker.

I thought the recipe was ok. It was lacking something. If I make it again, I will change the whole recipe by coating the chicken in ranch seasoning and adding cheddar cheese, onions, and bacon to it. Omit the bell pepper and veleveetah.
Very tasty & cheesy but need to double the amount of potatoes. The potatoes seem to cook down & make them hard to find.
Didn't have chicken so used ham in place. Very good that way
I didn't have a bell pepper so used an onion sliced thin plus used smoked paprika which added a delicious flavor. Easy to make & my husband & I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. PMc, CA
It smelled gross while cooking and after smelling it all day I was unable to even try it. It didn't even look appetizing. My husband said it tasted ok, but I could tell he was only being nice. Won't ever make it again.
Other than using boneless chicken, I followed this recipe. Everyone enjoyed it, but I do think that next time I will add more seasoning & veggies, and less cheese. Was very quick and easy to prepare.
Made this with cheddar cheese condensed soup instead of cream of chicken and then eliminated the cheese sauce at the end. Also used red pepper instead of green and found this tasty. Seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Nice change from the usual crockpot meal!
This was really good. The only change I made was that I used red peppers instead of green (personal preference). It smelled delicious the entire time it was cooking. Would definitely make again.
Absolutely disgusting. Looked, smelled, and tasted gross. I should have read the reviews before making. No salvaging this one- we threw it out.
I wish I had read the reviews before I made this. The chicken was very tender and falling off the bone. However, the bland taste and terrible appearance made it unappetizing. The leftover sauce was oily and runny. I used it with the cheese sauce but it might have been better if I had just smothered everything in Velveeta. It was edible, but I won't make it again.
