Very yummy! Didn't have any apple juice. I had frozen orange juice concentrate. Used 1 tablespoon and 1 tablespoon water. I'd do it again. Definitely making this again.

Yummy!!! The cook time was not long enough for my tenderloin, but all else was spot on.
I made this tonight and we loved it. I'm not typically a big fan of bacon wrapped meats but this was really good and very easy!
I made this for Valentine's day... a huge hit!!!! The pork turned out so moist and had great flavor! I didn't have the dijon mustard, just used regualar yellow mustard. Served with homemade rice pilaf and salad and did some homemade spiced apples as a sweet side dish :-)
didn't like the mustard glaze but without it the recipe was wonderful
I made this for my husband one night, when I had other dinner plans (I'm not a huge pork fan, but he usually loves it). He said it was ok, but that it was a little too sweet and he didn't like the bacon around it like that. Granted, he is pretty picky, but he usually loves whatever I make. I don't think I'll bother making this one again.
Hubby made this for dinner last night. He doesn't usually cook new things from a recipie but he followed this to the letter. Family loved it. Pork was very moist and flavourful and what can beat the taste of bacon. Kids call it a keeper.
I used Pork Tenderloin, and tied the 2 pieces together with twine, and then wrapped it with bacon. I used a thermometer to check the temps, and I find that the time given by the recipe was fairly accurate. The meat was tender and succulent, and the drippings were delicious with white rice. I baked two sweet potatoes in the pan with the pork, and basted them with the sauce as well. I made a sesame sugar snap pea side dish that paired well with it. I will definitely make this again.
