These are delicious! I made these for a staff of teachers as a Valentine treat. They were gobbled up quickly. I HIGHLY recommend putting the "dough" in the freezer for 30 minutes or so before rolling it into balls. It is much easier to work with the cold dough. Also, reheat the chocolate as needed during the dipping process.

I agree! they are so sticky making balls was very difficult and look nothing like the picture!!

I just made the red velvet cookie balls exactly as the recipe said. The batter was so sticky I could not even make ball. What did I do wrong!

these are very good....I had a jar of small cherries in the fridge so I added them... dry well on a paper towel them just roll the cookie ball with the cherry inside

Nice and easy recipe, made it for my daughter's school party, she and my wife helped in preparation, it was fun, everybody at school said that it was unique and delicious.
