Excellent! The only change I made was to use alfredo sauce instead of red/spaghetti sauce (for a richer flavor!) YUM!

I made a version of this last night before I saw this. Left out the ricotta cheese and used 1.25 lb cooked ground turkey. Used crushed tomatoe basil tomatoes instead of spag sauce......sprinkled with a little sharp chedder!!!!

I thought this was great! I added Italian sausage and some garlic. The kids ate every bite. That in and of itself made this a great recipe, but I also loved how easy it was.

It had good flavor, but I'm not a fan of crunchy on my stuffed shells.

I left out the spinach but added a little italian sausage with the ricotta cheese. Very good!!
