I made these last night. The kids loved this. I used cool wip instead of frosting. They did stick to paper liners and the did fall apart easliy but the taste was great!

My son enjoyed helping me make these cupcakes. They came out very moist but good. We also used cool whip instead of vanilla frosting. Just be careful on how much you put in paper cups (1 tbsp each) because if they overflow they will fall apart easily since they are so moist. Other then that I would make these again.

I would not make this recipe again. Expensive to make and the cupcakes stuck to the cupcake papers

I made a double batch of these for my boyfriend and I to each take and share with our coworkers since we are both working on Easter. Well...I just wasted over an hour of my time, not to mention the cost of all the ingredients. The batter ran over the edges and stuck to the pan and the liners stuck to the cupcakes. Definitely will not make again!!

tastes great after it crumbles to pieces when you remove it from the cupcake paper. Doesn't hold together at all. The jello sugars fall to the bottom of the paper and make it almost impossible to remove as a whole. Would not try the one again.

Followed directions to the letter and they looked beautiful going into the oven. Went to rotate the two pans 1/2 way through cooking - big mistake. Caused about 1/3 of my 24 cupcakes to sink in the middle. Guess those rejects will still be good enough for hubby to eat, but disappointing. Flavor good, though.

Recipe works very well EXCEPT if you follow the directions with 2T of each color batter in your baking cup you will have a mess. The paper baking cup only holds a total of 6T. I used a heaping T of each color and baked the first 12. They ran over slightly. I adjusted on the second 12 and ended up with a total of 30 cupcakes. Taste is excellent and light.
