This was really pretty easy and i used fresh sweet corn(about 3 ears) and left out the cliantro and added a clove of fresh garlic , minced and just a little salt and pepper.

I made this tonight and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe exactly except for the bacon. Since my family loves bacon I added 6 slices. Everyone ate it all up. Went great with the grilled chicken.

Made this several times and the only changes I made was to double the veggies in proportion to the cheese and sour cream. Love all the flavors meshing together. A sensory delight!

Very easy and I thought I would love this but my husband and I were disappointed. I love all the ingred that went into it, but we just didn't like all the flavors together.

I made this recipe for company. It turned our delicious and was easy to make. Both women wanted the recipe before they left my house.

I made a lightened up version of this recipe using reduced fat sour cream, the light Zesty italian dressing and 2% Mexican cheese blend. I omitted the bacon, but added a chopped Hatch chile pepper. The flavor was great and I could enjoy it without guilt.

This is yummy! I took it to our church picnic, doulbled the recipe. I agree that the sour cream and cheese overpower the fresh veggies, however, it was so tasty. Would make it again!

I made the recipe as printed but would make some changes should I make it again in the future. The flavor was overall good; however, the sour cream and cheese totally over-powered the delicious farmer's market veggies. Next time I would either double the veggies (or at least the zucchini) or half the sour cream and cheese.

the bacon is what makes this good.
