I made this recipe for dinner last night. I skipped the salsa & added fresh, mashed avocados. It really tasted great. I also used medium shell noodles instead of the long spaghetti. Next time, I'm going to try the tri colored spiral noodles.

If you like the Taco Bell taco salad you will like this. I made this using the whole wheat spaghetti and in place of the sour cream I used greek yogart makes it just a tad bit healthier.

I just made this recipe for my wife and her friend who was visiting us. I am a small eater but I went back for seconds and needless to say everyone else did too, so there were no leftovers for tomorrow. I will difinitely make this when my family comes to visit us. It was quick and easy. I crumbled nacho chip on top of everything before serving.

Very good and easy! Perfect for weeknight meal. Both my boys...6 years and 3 years ate it up! Will make again...nice change from boring old spaghetti and tacos!

I made this for my kids. We wanted to make it like the spaghetti tacos they have seen from iCarly so we took the mixed up pasta and up it in taco shells, then topped it with the lettuce, cheese and sour cream. It was so good. I'll definitely be making it again.

I adjusted the recipe by cooking the meat with a little salt and garlic powder along with the onion. After the dish was complete I topped it with fresh cilantro and avocado. We loved the dish and I definitely will make again. Also think I will add a few chopped black olives. I did divide the leftovers and am freezing part of it. Hopefully it will be great out of the freezer.
