I made this tonight and when I first tasted it I was like 'It's okay...". I had a second helping a little later and WOW.. what a difference a few minutes makes. The spices in it melded so much better after it had set for a while. I will definantly make this again. I did make a couple of changes. I didn't have tomatoes with chilii's (guess I used the last ones in my chili) and I didn't have cilantro. I used tomatoes with jalapenos and it was fine. I just omitted the cilantro.

I made this tonight, it was ok, needed more seasoning, used another half a package of taco seasoning, also added more onions and bell peppers, I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and a little more onions and peppers but needs more than that. Will make this again with some additions, will add a can of black beans and olives along with additional onions and bell peppers.

I made this recipe tonight and it was a big hit with my 20 year old son. I tweaked it a little...decreased macaroni to 1 cup and water to 1 1/2 cups (probably could go to 1 cup) and added one can of rinsed and drained black beans. Yum!

I have picky eaters at my house and this was a hit!!!! I made it without the green chiles my kids don't like spicy..
