I made this.I tweeked the recipe...After browning I cut small slits to sides and top and bottom I put garlic pieces in all of them and I used low sodium teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce

Perfect, moist and sauce was awesome: I bought a 2.57 lb rib-end boneless pork roast (pork loin) from Publix. Followed the browning directions and then slow cooked it at low for max 4 hours in my cheap oval Rival slow cooker. The roast was absolutely the best almost-no-fat roast I have made in a long time. The orange is important to the final flavor. Don't peek - just let it do it's thing then cover with foil while you make the sauce in the cooker. Great looking and tasting meal.

This was delicious and so easy! I substituted orange flavoring for the peel, (about 1 tsp) and it turned out great.

This is really a winner! I served to a group of 9 (men and women) and they all loved it! We had it with rice, but noodles would work well too. So very tasty. Everyone had seconds.

This is an excellent recipe. The meat was very tender and the cranberries added the perfect touch to this meat dish. I will definitely use this recipe again.

Pork was very tender and moist with a delicious taste of orange and cranberry from the sauce. Cut recipe in half for only two of us. Cooked only 2 hours and 30 minutes.

This is very good. Hubby and I really enjoyed it. I cut the recipe in half since it's just the two of us and it turned out great. This will be made again and again.
