Really delicious, but the dough is extremely soft and must be kept COLD or the cookies will lose their shape. I needed to use LOTS of powdered sugar (instead of flour) to roll them out, but it added a nice sweetness. I suggest refrigerating the dough in 5 small balls in the fridge and using just one ball at a time. Also, putting the cookie sheets in the fridge while you're waiting to put them in the oven helps.
