Make It
COMBINE
pasta and vegetables in large bowl.
ADD
cottage cheese and dressing; mix lightly.

Yummy! I added calliflower also and added a little more ranch dressing to get a creamy mix. I really like the crunchy veggies in this dish. The tomatoes are good, but not necessary.

This recipe was great! I used fresh broccoli and cherry tomatoes from my garden. I am not a big fan of raw broccoli, so I blanched it in boiling water for about 2 minutes to take the sharp edge off. I want to try this as a main dish with some smoked chicken or imitation crab mixed in.

I really liked this, nice cool flavor. But, I think I would add something a little extra next time, like maybe some dill weed. That always adds a little something different to a cold pasta salad.

For this recipe I used whole wheat pasta and non-fat blue cheese dressing. It's a nutritional power-house thats tastes great to boot!

I made this recipe for the first time for a football tailgate lunch and it was a big hit. I also made it for a carry-in at work and I got so many requests for the recipe!!!

I've made this too many times to count. I've adapted it by using tri-color rotini and substituting by using a package of goat cheese crumbles instead of the cottage cheese since my kids aren't cottage cheese fans. They love it!
