Make It
COMBINE
pasta and vegetables in large bowl.
ADD
cottage cheese and dressing; mix lightly.

Adding pepperoni, peps this salad up to a complete meal. I add cubed pepperoni (one stick), mmmmm good!

I actually made this recipe to take to school for lunch for a pot lunch and everyone just raved. It was very easy to make and store.

I have made this recipe many times and ahve adapted it differently every time. My family likes it best with Italian Dressing and banana peppers (mild) added as well. All the fixings you would put in a tossed salad are great.

This has become one of my family's favorites. I add a little diced ham or sausage and grated cheddar and it makes a nice lunch.
