i still love jimmy eggs omeltets better to any i ever try to make, but these were the best i have ever done!

I used egg beaters substitute instead of real eggs and it was outstanding. It was lower in fat and cholestrol for those with Heart disease.

For those of you who want more flavor and zest try adding chopped green chili (drained) to the eggs. Very Good!!

Bachelor who likes to dwell in cooking. I had a problem making the omelete flipping and staying down. I also added diced potatoes to the batch.

I really like this omelet. My husband cooks it for me on the weekend for breakfast. Thanks for the omelet video, it helps him. I really would like to see more videos on how to make dinner meals.
