This is a simple and great meal. My 10 year old loves it as well! I add one can of cream of chicken to reduce dryness of chicken.
My family loved it! Served with fresh hot buscuits. Yum
I made this tonight with rigatoni noodles instead of rice and water instead of chicken broth because I didn't have any chicken broth. It was really good. I would suggest if you use noodles to cook them till they are almost done then add them because I didn't cook them at all before and the chicken and broccoli where a little over cooked. Overall good simple and very fast dinner.
I have made this a few times for my family. It is very good!
I made this and we liked it! I changed a few things. Increased cheese to 16 oz, added one can cream of chicken. I seasoned the chicken and pan fried it until cooked all the way (I don't like boiled chicken), and used the broth to make the rice. I baked uncovered for about 45 min at 350.
I just made this tonight! it was sooo good! i seasoned the chicken with just salt, pepper and garlic powder. the rice was perfect in the 10 mins! had lots of flavor! will definitely be making again!
It takes longer than what they said in the recipe but very good. It needed more cheese flavor though
It took longer than it says, but it was very good. My husband LOVES it! I have made it several times.
It was very simple to make, and I loved the taste. If you like a cheesier taste, I recommend adding more cheese.
I love this recipe. It is quick and easy. The first time I had this my husband made it. The second we had this, I made it, and I accidently picked up vegetable broth. I thought it was 100% better with the vegetable broth. Plan on having this for dinner tonight.
