Not a math whiz? This one's easy. 1 skillet + 5 ingredients + 25 minutes = a cheesy chicken, broccoli and rice dish. Now that's a tasty equation.

This is a great comfort food. Very easy to make but it is very filling. It is a quick meal to make that fill you up. My husband and 1 1/2 year old loved it!

I transferred into a baking dish and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and placed in oven for 15 minutes. Tasted Terrific and fed the whole family of 5.

very delicious. my 2yr old daughter who can be picky when it comes to broccoli loved it. I guess it was because of the cheese. But what i did was instead of boiling the rice in water i boiled it in chicken broth and it turned of great!

Instead of velveeta, we use broccoli cheese soup... my family BEGS me to make this! Even my sister in law, who isn't big on home-cooked-meals, loved me cooking this while we were staying with her! Has become a staple in our house!

Recipe was very tasty and easy to prepare, but next time I will definitely use a little less velveeta. It was a bit too cheesy for us.
