Not a math whiz? This one's easy. 1 skillet + 5 ingredients + 25 minutes = a cheesy chicken, broccoli and rice dish. Now that's a tasty equation.

Took a lot longer than 10 minutes to cook, but I used brown rice instead of white rice and my broccoli wasn't completely thawed, so that could be why. It made a lot of food though, will make again.

This recipe was pretty good. I tried using brown rice and would definitely suggest using white rice. For my family it was a little much for a side dish, but not enough for a main course.

I've made this before the way the recipe reads. It was good but dry. Tonight I added a can of cream of chicken soup like some of the other reviews suggested, and it was so much better! Very creamy and more flavorful!

I was so impressed with how easy this recipe is to make. My family loved it, this is now a go to dinner in our house. even my grandson, the pickiest eater in the world loved it. He asks me to make it whenever he is here! Just add a salad and some good bread and it's a hearty meal.

I combined everything in a large mixing bowl then baked it covered with aluminum foil, then sprinkled some shredded cheese on top and baked without the foil until cheese melted. It was very good! A favorite among my toddlers! **But be sure to thaw the broccoli first so that it is done.

This was nothing to write home about. It was hot and didn't taste bad but just kinda bland if made as directed.
