VELVEETA Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Rice recipe
Not a math whiz? This one's easy. 1 skillet + 5 ingredients + 25 minutes = a cheesy chicken, broccoli and rice dish. Now that's a tasty equation.

My entire family loved this recipe. My son said stuff like "this is excellent" and "I would eat this everyday" which are two things he NEVER says. Will definitely make this again. I agree with the comment to make sure to add the rice as soon as the broth boils so the rice cooks properly.
This recipe was so easy to make and was so tasty even my husband who is not a fan of cheesy meals went back for seconds AND heated left over for lunch the next day. I served this with a side green salad and it made the perfect quick dinner. I even sent the recipe to my daughter!!
This was really good and quick...super cheesy!
This was great! I thought at first I would hate it, but ended up LOVING it! I added onion powder and salt for extra taste. Will become a staple in my recipie box.
It was wonderful, I also added carrots to the recipe and my family loved it. They had seconds and then even finished leftovers the next day. I did have to add a little more chicken broth because the rice and cheese made it a little sticky but super yummy!
This was super easy. Of course I didn't have enough rice so I had cook it a little longer to get all some of the liquid out but it still turned out great. I also did not use all the cheese it called for, I used about 5 to 6 oz. Turned out perfect.
Make sure you add the rice and broccoli as soon as the broth comes to a boil, or too much liquid will evaporate. Cooking the rice for a longer period of time doesn't do any good if there is not enough liquid to be absorbed. We really enjoyed this dish, especially since it was so quick to fix.
Very quick and yummy recipe! I used fresh broccoli that I already had on hand.
Very easy and everyone loved it!
This was delicious and so easy to make. I added some seasoning to the chicken. All the rice was cooked perfectly. I'll be making this again.
