Not a math whiz? This one's easy. 1 skillet + 5 ingredients + 25 minutes = a cheesy chicken, broccoli and rice dish. Now that's a tasty equation.

This was a very quick and easy recipe for a weeknight. Everyone loved it, including my picky 5 year old! As far as the rice not cooking, I did not take the pan off the heat as the recipe stated but left it on the burner to help cook the rice.

As I was eating this, I thought "hmmm, this is like eating mush". My kids an the nanny thought it was great. My husband HATED it. I thought it had could use some basil or oregano. I will not make this dish again.

We loved it! My husband even chose it for leftovers the next day. It was a hit with our 2 year old too. I had no problems with it. The rice was copmletely done for us.

I used instant rice like they called for and it did not cook all the way. Im not sure how the people who say this is good actually made it so that it was good..We ended up having to order pizza!...What a waste of food...

I have a similar recipe, but I add water chestnuts for some added crunch!

I made this with a few changes. Substitute the chicken broth for 2 cups water and instead of white rice use 1 package Knorr Rice Sides in Chicken Broccoli flavor. Once you add the water and rice just follow the directions on the Knorr package. It has great flavor, super easy to make and even my toddlers enjoyed it and they are the pickiest eaters!

This recipe was super easy to make. I added a little extra seasoning but this meal was a hit especially to my husband who doesn't really eat broccoli.
