Loved this dessert! I made it with fresh peachs.. I also had the problem of it being runny but I used a off brand pudding. I'm going to try it agian with strawberries and white chocolate Jello brand pudding. Had lots of compliments even if it didn't look so pretty.

Great! No leftovers. Can anyone tell me if this can be made a full day before? Or is it better fresh?

This was so good and it was very easy to make. Only disappointing thing is the crust got so hard after refrigerating for four hours I couldn't get it out. I couldn't get it out with a knife or spoon, which was an upset because I love the crust!

Imade yhis recipe and to my dissapointment it turned out runny. I used a different brand of vanilla pudding instead of the Jello brand which shouldn't of made a difference. It is still good though, but mushy. It looked delicious when I put the pudding on top of the strawberries. I will probably try this again using Jello pudding.

My son-in-law requests this recipe for his birthday every year! I used the suggestions to lower fat and calories and he doesn't know the difference. Fabulous, light and fruity for summer.
