What You Need

NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)

1/4

cup sugar

Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Tbsp. cold milk

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

cups fresh strawberries, halved

pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

Make It

MIX wafer crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

BEAT cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Top with berries. Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk with whisk 2 min.; pour over berries.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours. Spread with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.

I have made this recipe twice for diffirent dinner parties and everyone has raved about it. It's a nice light, refreshing summery dessert.

I increased the amount of graham cracker crust. Worked well. Next time I will add more strawberries. I also added some powdered sugar to the cream cheese before adding the cool whip. My family LOVED this recipe. Very good and easy to make.

I made this for the dessert-lovers at my house and they both raved over it! I added more graham cracker crumbs to the top and it was great!

I love this recipe!!! You can easily make it low sugar by substituting sugar free, or light ingredients. Also, by adding a hint of lemon or orange zest (grated peelings), you can totally change the flavor for extra variety. The upright strawberries give a beautiful presentation when sliced to serve...great 'company' dessert, little work!

my husband loves this dessert. He craves it constantly. Right now it's hard to find strawberrys because their not in season, but he serches for strawberrys every time we go to the store.
