Oh my goodness! Sooooo good! Used sliced strawberries rather than raspberries - absolutely delicious! Definitely a keeper!

My family loved this dessert alot! I didn't have any raspberries, so I just used leftover Cool Whip instead. Next time, I will use more coffee fo a more intense taste.

I have been making a variation of this for years....drizzle Kaluha over the brownies, the put 1/2 the pieces in bowl, then chocolate mousse, then whip cream, the crushed bits of Heath Bar, repeat the layers and ENJOY

This was a good dessert, but not the BEST. I made this for Easter since my hubby and kids said to make something chocolate. I used espresso coffee in it, but it still wasn't strong enough for me. I might use Kahlua next time. I baked my own batch of walnut brownies and would add more raspberries next time to balance out all that cool-whip.

I lightened this up by making a low-fat brownie mix and using reduced fat cream cheese, skim milk, sugar-free fat-free pudding, and fat free Cool Whip. The result was perhaps not quite so decadent as the original, but still delicious! I will definitely make this again.
