This is by far the "BEST FREEZER JAM"recipe I have ever tried and my family loves it, they say it is Jam- a- licious! This Indiana Cook
just like the jam i used to make with my mom when i was little!! very easy recipe, delicious results!!
this recipe is just like the one "grandma used to make" We love it!!!!
This one is a classic keeper!!!!!!!!
easy to make and very tasty. I made 48 jars and could have made more! I just love the freshness and the color of the jam. It looks good all year!
I Love this Recipie it is easy and tastes so much better than cooked.
I was just on asking for a suger-free version of this recipe and forgot to say that my Mom and I have been making your recipe for freezer jam, for just about forever............I just turned 60 and she 78, so we know what 'forever' is! No kidding, I don't remember when we first started making freezer jam? How old is the recipe? Did it come out in the 50's, or is that just when we got our first stand-alone freezer and could make it? Our refrigerator's freezer was only big enough for a couple of ice cube trays! Have a wonderful day! Kay J.
I plan to make this recipe again this year. I've been making it since 1978 and everyone in the family loves it and would be disappointed if I didn't make it every year. My girls are grown up now but I still make it for them and now my granddaughters love it too! It is on our dinner table along with hot rolls with every family get-together!
My mother started making this when we were very little. We've always loved it. I remember she always made enough to keep in the freezer and last all year. Now that most of us kids are grown with our own kids we get together in Mom's kitchen and make enough for all four families! It's been a delicious tradition!
It's easy to make and freezer friendly!
