My family loves the stuff. We put it on toast, pancakes, waffles, icecream, over angel food cake. It is great!!!!!!

I had the same problem that it didn't set up properly. I tried the same basic recipe with peaches in the past and had the same problem .... we used it for icecream topping too

Mine did not set up but is good as ice cream topping, on waffles, etc. I think I will use a cooked recipe next time.

One of the easiest jam recipes I've ever made. It actually tastes like fresh berries. Great for those days when strawberries are not in season.

I have made freezer strawberry jam and love it. For the one who mentioned splenda it does not work well with these jams. There is sugar free sure jell or pectin at Walmart Stores. Hope that helps.
