good idea but filling sort of came out. tried pressing down edges but not enough spare dough. next time i would just put the filling in each crescent roll and just roll it up.

These were a big hit at my open house. Very tasty and easy to make. Yummy!

These were excellent!! As others have suggested, I used pepperoni and cut out the peppers. Also, because I didn’t have crescent rolls at home, I used Pillsbury biscuits instead. It was so easy to peel back the dough and stuff with the filling (probably easier than the crescent rolls)! Of course they were bigger than intended, but they could be easily cut into smaller sizes. We ate them as our side for dinner and we could’ve ate just them alone....Delicious!!

I love this recipe. I have made it several times and everytime it is a hit. My co-workers request it for every carry in.

I loved this recipe because it's so simple and takes very little time. I used it for a Christmas party potluck. I used the roasted red peppers for the adults and put pepperoni in them for the kids. I even made some with just the cream cheese and parmesan and then added mozzerella to make cheese rolls. I think next time I'll add some shredded chicken. Everyone loved them! The perfect finger food!

I made them with cream cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach and mushrooms. Thawed a box of frozen spinach and sauteed about 6oz of fresh mushrooms. They were awesome!

Make a little extra filling if your going to try these. I didn't think they were that great. Easy to make but not very good.
