Now I'm not a fan of parmesan cheese, so this isn't my favorate recipe personally, but by the responses I had from these, they were delicious! I think these are more targeted to more of an adult taste, but for those that love parmesan cheese you will love this recipe! And it is also easy to make!

For easier cutting use a non-stick pizza cutter or butter the pizza cutter. This works a whole lot better then a knife.

I diced more spicy peppers the second time I made this and warmed a bowl of Marinara sauce in the microwave to use as a side dip. We liked it better this way.

Out of all the fun apetitizers, thiswas my families favorite. It's quick, the kids can help make it, and the reward is in the eating YUM! I did have to take the peppers for one member and I thought I'd try mushrooms, that was voted down, we finally used chopped olives. It was great!

I used a little more parmesan in the recipe. And I used kitchen scissors to divide the rolls and still couldn't get them square, but they were still good!

I made this on Christmas Eve and everyone loved them! Delicious!! I couldn't get the perfect little squares though. But still good.

My husband and our guests for Thanksgiving loved these appetizers. I, however, did not really care for them. I would have preferred a different taste. Next time, I'm thinking I might put meat and pizza sauce in them for tiny pizzas.
