I made this recipe for New Year's Eve and everyone loved them. Next time I will try jalapeno peppers.

I made these for a New Year's Eve party lastnight. I used roasted red peppers, which I thought made the dish! Big tip: make sure your cream cheese is REALLY softened, because mixing it with the dry parmesan cheese, is no easy task...very frustrating, actually! Can't wait to try with other fillings!

Very tasty. I made this as one of several appetizers for a holiday party. They were eaten up. Try and keep them warm if possible. That's when they are best.

I substituted canned mushrooms and turkey pepperoni for the red peppers and took it to a Christmas dinner. It was a great hit, everyone piece was eaten in about five minutes!

I have a very similar recipe to this except I use seasoned shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, and a dash of Kraft ceasar dressing. It is very good, it's my signature for parties...everyone expects these from me and raves about them!! I never thought of adding roasted red peppers to the mix, I think I will try that for New Years.

Wonderful appetizer for any party! Very easy to make. I added some tomato basil feta cheese to the cream cheese mixture for a little more flavor and left out the fresh parsley. Excellent!!

These are fantastic just the way they are! Make sure to use fresh parsley and red pepper, makes all the difference in the world! I have made them time and time again and gets raves every time!

May be better with more flavorful fillings like spinach and feta or pepperoni...
