I make these every time I have an event I need to provide a pass around item for. They are always a hit and are so easy to make. On occasion I have added shaved ham or turkey to them as well... delicious!

So simple and easy to make. Always a big hit anywhere I take them. My family loves them so much, I have to make a double batch! I have been making this recipe for a couple of years, and I still get lots of requests.

Great for football season nibbles. I added pepperoni, sliced olives black or green and used cream cheese with herbs and chives instead. This is also great using cresent rolls flavored with garlic!

This gets all the attention at parties! I use the 4 cheese mix (parmesan, asiago, romano & ages provolone0 inside and spring the parmesan on top. I've used sun dried tomato instead of the red pepper. Also - added peperoni another time. I plan to try it with crabmeat next time. YUMMMMMMMMM - bring your recipe, everyone will be asking for it.

Love this! Anytime I'm invited somewhere I'm asked to make this, plus I always bring the recipe to give out. NO KIDDING THIS IS THE BEST and it's so simple. I've tried it with both red peppers and green peppers. Both are great but you can't leave the peppers out

Everyone LOVED this recipe and I loved how simple it was. It got a little messy but it was worth the mess for the finished product. I made some without the red pepper because I had guests who didn't like red peppers, and they were fine, though I definitely prefer them WITH the peppers.
