I have never had an appetizer go over so well. Everyone loved them. So easy to make and super tasty. I have passed the recipe along to several people that requested it already.

These were messy to put together and I had a lot of leftover filling, I just couldn't fit it all in. But they came out of the oven looking ok and tasted very good. Next time I'll know to buy more crecent rolls!

I made these little guys for one of the super bowl snacks.. i couldnt make them fast enough. I think i went through at least 200 of them. Seriously. They ate everyone! :)

The end result was good, but there are a few changes I would make if I made this again. You should just mix the red pepper and parsley in with the other ingredients and spread the mixture on the dough.

These were super easy to make. I didn't cut them into square before baking, thinking that they would be easier to cut once they were out of the oven... definitely cut them before you bake if ou want them to turn out pretty!
