I have made these 2 times and everyone loved them - they are so good and so easy and fast to make. It makes you look like you know how to whip something up quick!

I have not made this exact recipe, but for 30 years, both my mother and I have made Mushroom Cream Cheese Logs- obviously made with mushrooms. I just chop canned mushrooms and add them to the cream cheese mixture. They go very quick every time I make them.

When I made this the first time I added some chiken to the mixture and it was delicious.
