My ladies' dinner club loved these! The recipe is easy and it makes alot. Using roasted red peppers made it extra tasty.

The cream cheese made this very rich in flavor. Next time I'm going to spread it thinner. Everyone loved them.

The bites were a big hit with my family! However, I was a bit confused as to which direction the crescent rolls should have been facing when spreading the filling onto them. My rolls weren't quite big enough to be able to wrap them completely. Some information or a picture describing exactly which direction they should be facing would be wonderful.

My family really enjoyed this recipe and so did I. The only thing that I didn't really understand was how to do the folding. I don't think that it was explained well. So what I ended up doing was leaving the bread in the triangle shape and spreading the filling. Then I just folded it up and cut them into pieces after tthey've come out the oven. Another thing is that mine only made 16. Overall though, I would recommend this recipe to a friend. It seems to go well with the crowd.

I made these for 2 parties and they were the first things to go both times, AND in less than 10 minutes! I've got my family and friends (and myself) hooked on them!
