I love love LOVE this recipe! I am not a very good cook and I have made it several times for potlucks and I always get compliments. I always have left over cream cheese spread though.

It is so easy to make and fairly cheap. I can put my own twist to it and it turns out great every time! I have always received wonderful reviews at parties and they are always a hit!

I made this for a family gathering and they were gone in minutes - I've had many requests for it.

I served this recipe a number of times throughout the Christmas entertaining season. I found everyone liked it and because my guests asked for it I passed the recipe out at 2 of my parties.

This was such a good appitizer. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I would definatly make it again and added it to my recipe box at home. I did use the suggestion to use Roasted Red Peppers and it was soooo good.

These turned out great, I used pepperoni instead of the red pepper to make them pizza bites, they were very good.

Excellent. I substituted sliced mushrooms in some in place of the red peppers. I brought these to a New Year's Day party. I premade them and heated them there. I pulled them out of the oven, left them on the sheet pan to get a serving dish turned around and they were gone. The guests devoured them.

I made this for a family gathering over the holidays. I added 1 pound of browned ground pork to the cream cheese mixture. Everyone loved it so much that it has been requested 3 times over the past 2 weeks!
