This is such a quick meal! We like a little kick in our food so we buy medium or even hot salsa. We also have tried it with red beans and kidney beans. So great!

great recipe, I added cheese at the same time I did the rice and then added the sour cream before serving . me and the hubby loved it and it is quick and easy.

I love this recipe. It is delicious and easy. My whole family enjoys this recipe. We serve with lots of sour cream.

I changed a couple of things with this recipe, but thought the end result was absolutely delicious. My husband requested that this be added to our regular line up of dished. My alterations were adding a can of black beans and then stirring in some fat free sour cream right before serving. The sour cream really pulled the dish together.

this was so good but i prepared my rice different, i cooked my rice seprate from it all and i baked my chicken breast then mixed it all together and let it get warm.. so good!

Good recipe, but needs a little more spice. I would add some chile powder.

This recipe was great! We added sour cream and cheddar cheese, only changes I made. We are going to have the leftovers in tortillas tonight. This one is a keeper.

This was tasty. Hubby enjoyed it. Once I had it on my plate, I stirred a spoonful of sour cream in, it was needed. I'd make it again.

This was a nice change with chicken and fairly healthy! (Unless you add sour cream, like we did!) I used black beans as well and it turned out great. (Did not use corn). Next time I was spice it up a bit. We ate it by itself and in a tortilla, great both ways. I will definitely make this again.
