What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

pkg. (16.33 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Soft Taco Dinner

can (16 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Refried Beans

TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Shells

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

cups shredded lettuce

tomatoes, chopped

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

COOK meat with Taco Seasoning Mix as directed on package.

SPREAD each warmed Soft Tortilla with 2 Tbsp. beans; place crisp taco shell on beans, then fold soft tortilla over taco shell.

FILL taco shells with seasoned meat; top evenly with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, Salsa and sour cream.

How to Warm Soft Tortillas

Remove tortillas from pouch. Place on microwaveable plate. Cover tortillas with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.

Substitute 3 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream or 2 Tbsp. prepared guacamole for the refried beans.

Substitute

Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, or 1 pkg. (16 oz.) thawed frozen LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey for the ground beef.

So far everything i have made from this website has been great! plus i love Taco Bell's double decker taco's i just never thought about doing it at home.

Made this recipe for the family. It couldn't be any easier or faster. Everyone loved the flour tortilla on the outside. With the beans spread on it....it stuck to the hard shell and you didn't lose everything when you bit into it!!!

Easy, filling (one is enough), flour tortilla just a bit too much as it seemed to overwhelm the other ingredients.

After a couple of Margaritas, a hilarious time was had by all as we each assembled our own tacos. Delicious and the favorite and most fun part of the meal.

The kids made these by themselves. As assembly line approach made them as much fun to make as they were to eat. Cleanup was a breeze. This was voted onto the weekly menu!
