Yummy! I used crushed ritz crackers instead of the cornflakes on top. I also used a sauteed chopped onion instead of the green onions. I did also add a bit of garlic ( I usually put garlic in everything). Will be making again, this makes a big dish, enough for left overs.

VERY simple to make! Great for potlucks! Next time I would add more cheese though.

Yummy! I have made this quite a few times. Very easy and inexpensive to make. It's a rich comfort food, so a big no-no if on a diet. I also do not use the cereal, breadcrumbs can substitute. Great for potlucks or when feeding more than 5 people.

I have made this recipe about 6 times. We never use the cereal. My family loves it. Even my picky daughter who refuses to try anything new. My favoite part of it is when it browns and crips around the edges.

This is a fantastic casserole and easy to put together. Next time I will add 1 teaspoon of garlic salt to the mixture

Made this for Easter dinner, WOW, what a hit. Everyone loved it. Mixed all the ingredients the night before & used Ritz crackers instead of cereal, and just popped it in the oven the next day. No leftovers. I will definitely make this one again, maybe with a variation next time.

I really looked forward to tasting this recipe since I love all the ingredients. The dish lacked flavor, was very rubbery in texture, and time consuming to make and bake. Disappointing!
