What You Need

container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

cup chopped green onions

pkg. (32 oz.) frozen Southern-style hash browns, thawed

cup crushed corn flakes

Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix sour cream, cheese, soup and onions in large bowl. Add potatoes; mix well.

SPOON into greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

BAKE 45 minutes. Toss crumbs with butter; sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

This potato bake was very easy and not time consuming. The taste was wonderful and my family loved it. I will make it over and over again.

This is so easy to mix up, and we enjoyed it. Sometimes you get tired of just potatoes, and this is different and tasty.

I used fat free sour cream, soup and cheese, and my family hated it. That was probably why. Will make the full fat version next time.

made it for easter, it was a huge hit. i wouldn't change a thing. i doubled the recipe and it was all gone before anything else was. my sisters and sister in law all want the recipe.

I made this recipe for my family and it was a BIG hit. So then I made it for my sister and her family and they wanted to know how I came up with this recipe...I told them it was a Kraft kitchen recipe. Keep making these delightful recipes.
