just use the regular fat ingredients just use less and vegetable fresh that you have shredded in you chopper just them thin slice. thankyou bonigue4

Great flavor and easy. I had a package of real Bacon Pieces that I wasn't using and threw them in as well. Very tastey with and without the bacon.

A huge hit at a dinner party! Not a morsel left on the plate! I substituted buttered Ritz crackers on top and everyone love it!

Excellent! VERY easy (I rarely cook) and a huge hit when I took it to a holiday party. It has only been 2 weeks since the party and already it is being requested again. It was delicious and everyone had second helpings. Can't wait to try the Southwestern variation as well!

This was GREAT. I made it for dinner for my husband and some of his friends. They all ate 3 big servings!! The best thing for me is that after getting home from work it was so easy and yet so good at the same time. I'm so glad this web site has quick easy meals for people on the go that taste so great and looks like it took hours to make! Thanks!

Very good! I actually added a bit more hash browns (quite a bit). It ended up making a lot more, and still tasted very good! Don't even need salt and pepper!

I don't know anyone who doesn't love these potatoes. They are perfect for those times when I serve breakfast for dinner. I substitute cream of mushroom soup to make a vegetarian version.
