I have made this many times. I have made some ajustments by using crushed potato chips and yellow or red onions. When there are leftovers I simply reheat them and have them as a side dish with omlets and toast for breakfast.

I needed a new recipe to take to work for a luncheon. Everyone loved it and ask me to bring it again next time. Needless to say the dish was scraped clean.

My family loved this recipe. My husband practically lived off of it for three days. My only recommendation is that you use two cups of corn flakes and not one if you're using a 9" x 13" dish.

This is the way my family has prepared this recipe for the last 50 years. I substitued cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken soup. I used yellow onion instead of green onions. Also, instead of 2 Tbsp. of butter/margarine and corn flakes, I crumbled Lays potatoe chips on top for the last 10 minutes of baking. This tasted much better!!!!!

I love this recipe. So easy to make and very good. I sometimes add ham that is already chopped to make a whole meal in one. I also use different hash browns like the country style.

One of our nephews will request that I bring this to family potlucks. Then we have to make sure that he doesn't eat it all himself!!!!!

This is very good the kids loved it. you can also use cream of celery soup instead of cream of chicken
