Very good...Everyone loved it...I used a frozen variety bag of veggies ie.baby corn,peas,carrots...And even forgot to marinate the chicken..Very easy to make/Great for a quick meal

This recipe is excellent. My husband loved it and was heart-broken when he found out there were no leftovers. It was easy to make, and we'll definitely make it again.

Wonderful recipe. I am a big thai food fan, and this recipe does a good job of being authentic. Not too spicy, not too peanuty, but perfect. My fiance is as picky of an eater as you get. He's a meat and potato man, and he couldn't stop eating. Now, he askes me to make it atleast once a week!
