Suprisingly delicious!!! I used creamy peanut butter instead of chunky; and used sweet peas since I didn't have sugar snap peas at home. The taste was delicious. I will definitely make this again.

I thought it was great. My father in law loved it. The kids liked it too. I did substitute Kraft fat free italian dressing in place and a bit more soy sauce and 1/2 tsp more peanut butter and I loved it too.

This was soo good. My family was at first cautious because of the peanut butter but it turned out delicious.

This is so good! I am a very picky eater, so I was hesitant to make this. I am glad I did! My hubby also gave this rave reviews. I added carrots to the dish and it was excellent. I HATE leftovers, but this left over is just as good as the first time. Go make this tonight!

This was a fabulous dish! Great flavor and easy to make. It can be easily changed to add your favorite vegetables. Am adding this to my regular rotation.
