I Liked it, but my 2 boys didn't. Great for potlucks- quick and easy.

I thought this was pretty bland. It did make A LOT, and since it wasn't spectacular, leftovers were not eaten. Wouldn't make it again :(

This was very good better than i expected it to be. i left out the cottage cheese and the cilantro. I used canned corn. and pinto beans. cant stand black beans. will probably make again

Very easy but makes alot! Good for leftovers though I used whole wheat pasta and fat free cottage cheese and fat free cheese I did use 1 jar mild salsa and 1 jar medium to give it some heat Would also be good with ground beef added

Used whole grain pasta and substituted plain yogurt for the cottage cheese...yum! Tasted delicious and the salsa is a perfect zing.
