ATHENOS Greek Salad

ATHENOS Greek Salad recipe
Funny how the simplest of ingredients can make a salad stand out. Like this Greek salad—made with olives, plum tomatoes, cukes and crumbled feta.

I found the Kraft Greek salad dressing to be a little too thick and that you needed to use less of it or sub with House Italian Dressing.

this salad is good but definately needs kalamata or greek olives rather than plain black olives for it to be an authentic greek salad. A little dash of dried oregano on top is great also.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I tried it on my friends and they loved it. Once I did it substituting Penne Pasta for the lettuce. Great quick light meal.

Very easy to make and my friends loved it! My 2 year old daughter wanted to eat the olives out of the salad and we ended up having to hide the rest of the salad from her. But now she thinks ALL salads must taste like this one to be 'good'.
