Summer holidays: Good for picnics, not so great for baking. Avoid heating up the kitchen by combining Jell-O Gelatin, cake and berries for a truly patriotic treat.

The second time instead of using pound cake pre made I made one from mix . The only thing is next time I should only use half the batter for a 13 X 9 pan. ( can make two then ) It turned out great. Didn't take any home from the cook out !

Made this for the 4th of July and everyone liked it. Wasn't the best cake I'd ever had, but it was good.

Excellent in appearance and taste. It was finished off at first serving. Thanks Kraft Foods.

This was such a hit for the 4th. There was no left overs. I had to use 2 containers of cool wipe.

This is a fabulous recipe. Easy to make look just like the picture. Very refreshing for a backyard bbq. Tastes great too. I made it for my sister's party last year and the next day her and her husband ate the leftovers standing up in the kitchen until they were gone.

For an even healthier diabetic friendly version you could use Suger Free Jell-o . It works just as well as regular Jell-o . I'm a diabtic and have subsituted sugar free for regular products with great success . Try it and enjoy it as I do .

I've made this several times and each time it's a big hit! It's easy, tasty and attractive. What more could you ask for?

I took this recipe to a family reunion last year on the Fourth. Many of the guests have diabetic or low-fat/low-sugar dietary needs as they are elderly. I substituted Kraft sugar free ingredients. Well, the kids went crazy for it too. There was none left at the end of the day. Awesome recipe.
